Our Story

Back in 2011, the founders of Callinize wanted to integrate their companies CRM and Phone System. We quickly found that the existing solutions either required switching your phone system or purchase some very enterprisey software package which was designed for the needs of Call Centers… We didn’t like either of those options so we built our own integration for our systems, SugarCRM and Asterisk. We subsequently open sourced it and it became very successful. Where the enterprise solutions were PC Only desktop software… our solution had a completely in browser UI. But, there was one problem…. It only worked for SugarCRM and Asterisk and it required an IT person to setup and maintain… Building on all we learned we built Callinize a scalable solution which could easily tie into a wide variety of CRMs and Phone Systems. Our mission is to provide a simple way to get your existing systems connected. With a feature set that users love.

In 2015, the company was renamed Tenfold.
