Sometimes agents accidentally associate a number to the wrong contact. In these cases, Tenfold offers a feature which allows you to unassociate or remove the phone number from the record and start fresh at the no match screen.
Step 1. Click the break link icon to start the unassociate from phone number process.
Step 2. When prompted click the Unassociate Phone Number button.
When the button is clicked
– Tenfold updates the contact in salesforce to remove any instances of the number displayed on the floating UI.
– The match is removed from Tenfold Analytics.
– The Floating UI switches to the No Match Found view. From here you may create a new contact, search for a new contact, or take no further action.
