IMPORTANT: Desk phone integrations require static IP addresses. Dynamic IP addresses may conflict with analytics and click to dial functionality.

Requirements

T2x Series – Firmware 6.73.0.1 or newer

1. Determine your phone IP Address.

On the physical phone, select Menu –> Status

2. Open the phone web admin page.

Go to: http://IP_ADDRESS
Replace IP_ADDRESS with the number found above (e.g. http://192.168.1.4)

Default logins:

Username: admin

Password: admin

*Your carrier may have changed your default username and password. If you cannot login, please call them and get the username and password.

3. Set Action (event) URLs

Navigate to Features –> Action URL and enter the URLs found in the setup wizard or if completed, find these URLs on the admin dashboard phone settings tab.

After entering these URLs, click confirm.

4. Configure phone for click-to-dial.

Open Features -> Remote Control and add the value “any” into the Action URI allow IP List

Your Features settings may also look like this. Change the setting below to say “any”.

5. Make a test phone call to register your phone device (aka extension) with Tenfold.

Make a phone call to an external phone #. This could be your cell phone or the pizza place down the street. Any # will do. You do not have to wait for an answer, but you should let it ring at least once. This will register your newly configured device with Tenfold so that you can assign the device to a Tenfold user (like yourself).
