What it does: Want to know and document who was the first agent to contact a Lead? This feature can help you determine the first agent to contact the Lead since it will auto assign a default owner ID to a lead when the lead has no owner. This feature also includes a defaultOwnerId option which is the default ID it should assign to the Lead; as well as a delay option to see how long it should allow leads to go without the first responder being assigned.
