1) No match found, search existing contact and associate this call to existing contact.
This is the biggest feature change in this release. When you associate to an existing contact, we add the phone # to that contact so when they call back in everything is synched.
Prior to this, when a person already in your system called in on a new number, we would take you to the no match screen and you would be prompted to create a new contact or lead. This lead to duplicate contact records.
