The Dashboard contains all of the configuration options available for your organization and users. A user’s dashboard shows their individual profile information and the analytics page, while the admin view includes configuration settings for the entire organization, a tab to manage Callinize users, and finally a troubleshooting portal.
The Profile Page
Every user will have a Profile Tab on their Dashboard: http://dashboard.callinize.com/profile
Items on this tab include:
1. Your Organization ID
2. Extensions assigned to you
3. Queues that you belong to (may not apply).
4. Email Templates tab – Configure email templates to use in the Call Popup.
5. Options and instructions to change your phone device type (if your organization uses a device-level integration).
The Analytics Page
On the Analytics tab, you will see a lot of information about your call history as well as data for your whole organization.
