Licensing

A single Tenfold license enables the collection and assignment of phone events to a single CRM user. Every CRM user that wishes to receive the Tenfold  call popup must have a license. Only the Tenfold admin can enable and disable users (modify the # of licenses in use). This can be done using the users tab on the Tenfold Dashboard.

Billing

After the trial period ends, you pay for the # of users enabled at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you make changes during the cycle, the corresponding charges (both increases and decreases) are added to your next bill.

Assuming a Callinize license is $10/user/mo…

Example #1

If you have 10 users enabled at the beginning of June and you pay on the first of every month, you pay 10*$10 = $100 at the beginning of June. If on the 15th of June you disabled 4 users, then you would have a credit of $20 (4 users * $10 /user/mo / 2) at the end of the month. On the first of July, with 6 users enabled, you would normally be charged $60 (6 users * $10/user/mo). Since you have a $20 credit, you will only be billed $40.

Example #2

If you have 10 users enabled at the beginning of June and you pay on the first of every month, you pay 10*$10 = $100 at the beginning of June. If on the 15th of June you enabled 4 users, then you would owe $20 (4 users * $10 /user/mo) at the end of the month. On the first of July, with 14 users enabled, you would normally be charged $140 (14 users * $10/user/mo). Since you owe an additional $20, you will be billed $160.

Yearly Subscriptions

Some of our services are only available as yearly subscriptions. All licenses purchased through resellers are billed yearly for ease of accounting. With a yearly subscription, the # of users enabled cannot be changed on the fly through the dashboard. You must submit a request to have this change made for you.
