Switch To Native Ring Central Integration

1. As the Tenfold admin, open the phone system settings in your Tenfold Dashboard.
2. Click on the drop-down menu to change your phone system type to Ring Central Office.
3. When asked if you are sure you want to change your phone system, say yes.
4. You will be asked for your username, password and extension. Read the instructions on the left for help in deciding which user to configure.
