How to Reassign Calls and Unassociate Numbers in the Floating UI

 

Overview

This article will cover the process of reassigning calls to the desired entity directly within the Tenfold Floating UI, and removing phone numbers from related entities. Two different commands are present within the Floating UI window, each will be covered below 

 

How to Reassign Calls

Steps

  1. Navigate to the call in the Floating UI that was signed to the incorrect record within your customer database
  2. Click the “Reassign Call” button next to the name of the entity

3. Select the desired entity from within the Multi-Match display, or create a new record

4. After selection the call will be reassigned to the desired entity both within the Tenfold Analytics, and will allow for additional      changes to be made to the call

 

How to Unassociate Numbers from 

  1. Navigate to the call in the Floating UI that has an erroneous phone number assigned to the entity 
  2. Click the “Unassociate Phone Number” button next to the name of the entity
  3. Confirm that the phone number should be removed

4. The call will now be in a “No-Match” scenario, where you can create a new record for the number, or leave as an unmatched            call
