At the top of the Leaderboard for your team, quickly view the representative who has made the most quality connections within a given timeframe. Use this as a reference for your representatives who are converting the most leads to uncover the team members who are truly developing meaningful relationships with their clients.
The “Quality Connect” threshold is set by the company, and can be changed from the “Company Settings” tab of the admin dashboard. The metric is expressed in seconds.
