Logging In and Out of Tenfold

Overview: This article provides a quick overview of how to log in and log out of the Tenfold Chrome Extension/Dashboard. This is a common troubleshooting step for unexpected behavior with the Chrome Extension.

 

Verify You Are Logged In

Many of the most frequently used Features of Tenfold only work when an activated user is logged in. These Features include:

 

If you are unable to utilize any of the Features above, one of the first things to verify is that you are logged in to Tenfold. To do so, navigate to the Tenfold Dashboard. If you see a screen like the one below, or if you see a gray Tenfold Icon in the top right corner of your browser, you need to finish logging in.

Login

Note: Sometimes, the Floating UI will still show your call data as though you are logged in despite having been logged out elsewhere. Navigating to the Tenfold Dashboard is the most definitive way to confirm if you are fully logged in or out.

 

Logging In to the Tenfold Extension

  1. Click on the Tenfold Extension button on the top right corner of your browser.
  2. Click “Login” in the small window that opens up.
  3. Use your login credentials to sign into the Dashboard.
  4. The Tenfold Extension button will turn Blue and Call History will be present.

 

Note: If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot my password” link to send yourself an email with a link to reset your password.

 

 

Logging Out of the Tenfold Extension

  1. Click on the Tenfold Extension button on the top right corner of your browser.
  2. Click on “Settings” on the top-right of the new window that opens.
  3. Select “Sign Out” to complete the process.
