Local PBX Integration

Local Integration allows for integration with the CRM by connecting an on-site PBX with our cloud service. Often, enterprise PBXs hosted locally are behind a firewall for security. We use a locally installed application bundle called Cloud Connect to enable a connection between these secure systems and our webservice.
