If you experience any trouble with sending or receiving an Invite email, the easiest way to get a user started is simply to have them set a password using the password reset link here: “Forgot my Password”. Please contact us if you have are having trouble. We’re happy to help!
Tenfold admins can invite other users to use Tenfold by clicking on the “Invite” button on the users tab of the dashboard here: http://dashboard.Tenfold.com/users
The invited user will receive the following email:
(If you do not get an email, check the Spam or other filters for email from “email@example.com”. If you still cannot find the invite, there is a “Resend Invite” option in the drop-down menu for each user on the admin dashboard page linked above. If there are still troubles, the user can login by simply set their password using the “Forgot my Password” link.
