Insightly – Leads/Contacts in my CRM show as No match Found


Import limitation for Insightly with leads of 20k or greater

Insightly currently has a bug where they do not support search of lead lists greater than 20,000. If you are an Insightly user with Tenfold installed and your lead list is over 20k, you may not receive a match for every contact that is listed in your CRM.

If you are experiencing problems with this, please contact Insightly support to ask for an ETA. The ticket is logged as: Ticket #68215: Insightly brief info issue API. From Insightly: “We are planning to update the API to v2.2 in the coming months, so this is the type of issue we will address with that update.” Their estimated ETA is late December.
