I don’t have all my users as users in the CRM, can they still use Callinize?

We can add your phone users to our system manually. Just send us an email with the following details for each user:

1) Name

2) Email

3) Extension(s)

4) Queue(s)

5) Mobile Number

*Disclaimer: Whenever they take calls and make notes, the notes will appear in the CRM as the admin user, because they do not have a CRM account to assign these call/notes to.
