How to setup presence on RingCentral Office


If you are using RingCentral Office as your phone system the best way to integrate with Tenfold is by using the credentials for the main phone number. If this is not an option you can use another phone number on the account – but in order for other extensions to be tracked presence must be turned on. You will want to ensure presence is enabled for each extension that will be monitored by Tenfold.

1. Login to your RingCentral account. You should be logged in as an administrator.

2. Go to the “Users” page and select a user in the list.

3. Go to the “Phones & Numbers” section and choose “Presence”.

4. In the Floating UI, go to the “Permissions” tab and turn on “Allow other users to see my Presence status”.



You’ll want to go through these steps for each user that will be using Tenfold.
