If we are trying to debug a problem with the softphone, we may ask you to send us your softphone logs. To do this simply
1. Click on the gear icon to open the settings menu.
2. Click on the “Advanced” icon at the top to see the advanced settings menu.
3. Select “Logging” on the left-hand side.
4. Click on the “Archive Logs” button.
5. You will be asked to save the file. Choose a location you will remember.
6. Send us an email or reply to our email with this file attached.
