When troubleshooting or debugging problems for a certain CRM user, Tenfold may ask for the user’s CRMID. Follow the 4 steps below to retrieve this ID.
1. Open the Chatter Tab.
2. Select “People” to display all Chatter users.
3. Select the user for which you are trying to find the CRMID.
4. Look for the unique character sequence in the URL of your user profile page as shown below between the = and & characters.
