If you have an on-site CRM or your CRM has IP restrictions in place, you will need to add rules to your firewall or security settings to allow communication with the following hosts:



– Your CRM is hosted on-site and you have firewall rules in place that prevent traffic from most servers.
– If you use Salesforce and get a Salesforce 400 error on login/connection, this is likely due to IP restrictions.

If your phone system is behind a firewall or has restrictions, please email us to get the IP address rules for your particular phone system.
