FAQ – What calls get logged?

Callinize makes it easy to track yours calls with automatic call logging. Callinize will automatically log all calls into your CRM under the following conditions:

– The phone where the call was made or received is configured to send all events to Callinize
– The phone number matches a single record in the CRM.
– The phone number matches multiple records in the CRM or matches NO records in the CRM and the agent who sees the Callinize popup selects the proper record to assign the call to.
