FAQ – What calls get logged?

Tenfold makes it easy to track yours calls with automatic call logging. Tenfold will automatically log all calls into your CRM under the following conditions:

– The phone where the call was made or received is configured to send all events to Tenfold
– The phone number matches a single record in the CRM.
– The phone number matches multiple records in the CRM or matches NO records in the CRM and the agent who sees the Tenfold Floating UI selects the proper record to assign the call to.
