Rather than using the standard method, Vonage Business desk phones require a few more steps to enable click to dial. The following steps will guide you through the process:
1. Configure your phone to communicate with our servers.
3. In the dashboard, click on your extension and in the Floating UI window edit the following fields:
The username and password are BOTH case-sensitive.
Click “Change Advanced Settings”
Port – Change this to 2006.
Third Party CTD – Change this to Vonage.
4. Click “Save”
