Rather than using the standard method, Vonage Business desk phones require a few more steps to enable click to dial. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1. Configure your phone to communicate with our servers.

2. Capture and assign your extension.

3. In the dashboard, click on your extension and in the popup window edit the following fields:

Username – This should be the username you use to login on the Vonage Business portal.
Password – This should be the password you use to login on the Vonage Business portal.

The username and password are BOTH case-sensitive.

Click “Change Advanced Settings”

Port – Change this to 2006.
Third Party CTD – Change this to Vonage.

4. Click “Save”
