Do I need the Chrome Extension Installed to have my calls logged?


The chrome extension is what enables call Floating UI , click to dial, and the ability to log notes.

If you do not have it installed, automatic records will still be created in the CRM.

Call Events are processed on our backend and we get the call events through a multitude of ways.
