Reasons Popups Not Showing Even Though Calls Logging

Occasionally, we have customers who report that Tenfold is logging calls correctly, but they are not seeing the popup. For example, they login to analytics and see that their extension is getting calls, but the popup just doesn’t show.

The most common reasons for this are that:

  1. 1. The user is using a browser other than Google Chrome. Tenfold will only popup in Chrome.

2. The user has the Chrome Extension disabled. Follow these instructions to check.

3. The user needs to refresh their connection with the Tenfold site. Tenfold uses cookies to keep the user information in sync. If a user has not logged into Tenfold in awhile, the cookie will go stale. To fix this, simply login at https://dashboard.callinize.com/login
