You can edit main settings on Company Settings page in Tenfold Dashboard.


Here you can set:
1. Company name
2. Administrator
3. Time zone
4. Quality connects duration threshold (in seconds)
5. Long call duration threshold (in seconds)
6. ‘Click to dial strict mode’ checkbox (this is available only if CRM is SalesForce)

After you are done with making changes please click Save button to save settings.
