Cloud Troubleshooting – Avaya BCM

If you have having trouble connecting to an Avaya BCM, please check the following:

1. Head to your BCM login panel and confirm the IP address is the same one you are using on the Telephone System pane.

2. From the server running GoConnect, ping the IP address you are using:


3. If ping does not work, try “telnet 1222”
