Cloud Connect – Click-to-Dial

Click on the site name in the panel on the left-hand sided of the GoConnect application to see site-specific settings.

Read the instructions under local #s to determine how to configure your system for local click-to-dial.

It is important the the “Trunk Access” is configured properly in the Telephone System Settings panel.

Use the “Test Number” button at the bottom of the page to determine how a clicked number will be modified before being sent to the PBX to initiate a call.
