Note: Case creation is feature available in Team and Enterprise plans. You can upgrade to Team and Enterprise plans yourself in Tenfold Dashboard or you can submit upgrade request at email@example.com.
The following features are either in development or only available for release in a premium version of our product.
Click the arrows to the right and left of the activity history to search for an open case. If no open case exists, use the Add New Case button to create a new one. A new case is created with Account, Contact, Record Type and Origin pre-populated and will open in a new browser tab.
Click the record name (i.e. Blake Robertson) to open the record in Salesforce.
