Broadsoft Integration Details

Overview: This article provides a quick explanation of how Tenfold integrates with the Broadsoft phone system.

 

Configuring Native Integration

Tenfold authenticates with Broadsoft on a native level.  What this means is that we capture data directly from the phone system.

In order to authenticate Broadsoft with Tenfold you will need the following:

  • Your unique Broadsoft Host URL where you can log in to the phone system Admin portal.
  • Broadsoft Admin username and password
  • Enterprise ID
  • Group ID (optional)

To determine your Enterprise ID, navigate to your Broadsoft Admin Portal > Profile. Your Enterprise ID should be listed here.  Copy the entire string, not just the numbers.

If your organization has users allocated to multiple Groups within the phone system, we will need to monitor traffic for the Enterprise ID that houses those Groups. In this scenario:

  • Locate the Enterprise ID and enter it in the Dashboard
  • Leave the Group ID blank in the Dashboard

 

Monitor Traffic for a Specific Group

If you only wish to monitor traffic for a single Group, continue to Groups and click on the “Search” button.  It will contain all relevant Group IDs associated with your Enterprise account. Copy the desired ID into the Group ID field in the Dashboard.
