Add Another Admin User

Sometimes you may want to add access for users who are not currently in your CRM for administrative purposes (such as an IT admin or phone admin). If you are the current “main admin” on the Tenfold account (you can find this on the, then you will have the option to create additional admins using the button shown below.


Admins have the ability to see and modify anything under Company Settings.
