400invalid_grant – authentication failure
If you are trying to connect Salesforce with Callinize and come across the error above, you should check your Salesforce IP restrictions. The Callinize production IP is 22.214.171.124
I want to install your product in sandbox edition of SalesForce but I am getting the message: 400invalid_grant – authentication failure
Every case where I have seen the 400 error is when an organization wants to restrict which IP addresses have access to their account, for example, if a company does not want employees logging in from home. Recently I read a forum post where someone reported Salesforce was placing these IP restrictions as a default. Do you have any information on whether you have such restrictions in place?
