Founded in 2004 and based in Plano, Texas, Fonality started operating as a subsidiary of NetFortis, Inc in 2017. It has additional centers in Makati City, Philippines; North Sydney, Australia; and Culver City, California. NetFortis CEO Grant Evans has maintained leadership of the new company. John Young is the vice president of sales.
