MiVoice- a product created and distributed by Mitel, a Canadian company that focuses exclusively on voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) product– provides small- and medium-sized businesses unified communications solutions. Although Mitel was founded in 1972, the current form of the company came in 2001, when Mitel split in half, separating its semiconductor section of the business from its telecommunications.
