Founded in 2004 and based in Plano, Texas, Fonality started operating as a subsidiary of NetFortis, Inc in 2017. It has additional centers in Makati City, Philippines; North Sydney, Australia; and Culver City, California. Before the acquisition, Fonality had 30,000 clients and approximately 300,000 people who relied on the service every day in 41 countries. These customers are now combined with those at NetFortis. NetFortis CEO Grant Evans has maintained leadership of the new company. John Young is the vice president of sales. Fonality’s partners, including companies Spectrum Technologies, Apex Communications, and Zthernet, have been consolidated with NetFortis’ platinum business partners, including Bridgepointe Technologies, Intelisys and Sandler Partners.

Think Tech Labs was founded in 2007 in Austin, Texas by Vijay Mehra, a former commercial real estate investor. From being a bootstrapped startup known for building REthink CRM, it has evolved into a holistic real estate business management solution without any external funding. It was headed by founder Vijay Mehra until 2016 when he handed over the reins to Gregory Stewart as the Chief Executive Officer to focus on a new venture.
Think Tech Labs’s REthink CRE is a tailored solution for Commercial Real Estate brokers while REthink Res is for the brokers of residential properties. Both these solutions are powered by Salesforce. REthink Res is a one-stop solution to manage contacts, property listings, transactions, and marketing communications. REthink Res makes it easier to capture leads from multiple sources and route them appropriately. Contact details and activity information can be consolidated in one place for easy reference and to prevent duplication. REthink Res integrates with Multiple Listing Service boards and automatically matches listings with contacts. The transaction management feature allows for easy tracking of the pipeline and commissions. Its robust reporting features help to track agent performance. REthink partners with Nintex Drawloop to allow users to create custom-branded emailers and documents. Through Salesforce 1, REthink can be used on mobile devices. Given REthink’s partnership with Salesforce, users can also choose from more than three million apps from the Salesforce universe.
