Founded in 2004 and based in Plano, Texas, Fonality started operating as a subsidiary of NetFortis, Inc in 2017. It has additional centers in Makati City, Philippines; North Sydney, Australia; and Culver City, California. Before the acquisition, Fonality had 30,000 clients and approximately 300,000 people who relied on the service every day in 41 countries. These customers are now combined with those at NetFortis. NetFortis CEO Grant Evans has maintained leadership of the new company. John Young is the vice president of sales.
