About NextLevel Voice
NextLevel was founded in San Diego in 1999. It was originally founded to develop networks specifically designed for the speed and reliability needed by first responders. Downtime for medevacs and other emergency personnel often means life-or-death situations occur. The company was set up to meet the challenges first responders face and offer managed unified communication services in the forms of high-quality, always-on, and continually monitored Internet and voice services. NextLevel provides client companies access to a private cloud network equipped with extremely high-speed Internet service for quick connections and instant communication when it counts most. The company proactively monitors its client accounts, so that it can offer an “always up” guarantee.
In 2013, NextLevel launched NextLevel Voice Portal 3.0 after it spent two years developing the software for expanded functionality, user-friendliness, and dependability. In business since 1999, with a range of critical-use Internet services, NextLevel’s movement into the hosted voice services segment was a natural expansion as it seamlessly upgraded customers that already used its Internet services at no cost. NextLevel Voice was developed using customer and market feedback and comments, as well as requests for features. NextLevel Voice is user-friendly and customizable to business needs. It is fully hosted and eliminates the need to buy or lease phone and networking hardware, as well as eliminating upgrades fees and expensive maintenance. Features included in NextLevel Voice include carrier-quality telephone service with a Tier-1 network designed for reliability and voice clarity. The new user interface allows administrators and users to manage their system with drag and drop ease, intuitive layouts, and pop-up menus. Visual voicemail allows users to view their total voicemail history, and the in-browser audio and voicemail-to-email functions let users access messages without dialing into their extension. Real time call data is available; administrators have detailed analytics for call centers and easy-to-read graphs and charts. Custom contact lists can be imported from Outlook or Google, added to a list, and then used for click to call.
After its 17th consecutive year of double-digit growth in 2016, NextLevel moved forward by hiring additional executives to drive the continued success of the company.
