The automated forward finds support staff on mobile phones, while voice-to –email function allows for faster response times.

Multitel’s conferencing service lets employees collaborate with each other from anywhere. It can connect up to twenty people on the same line, or fifty for a scheduled conference. Conferences can be booked up to a year in advance and can be accessed through multiple devices, including phone, tablet, and laptop. For administrators, the provider offers mobile and onsite management, and the same features are available in all locations. Multitel manages maintenance, upgrades, and provides support. Moreover, scaling is simple; the program makes it simple to add and change users, manage settings, and manage multiple offices. Multitel’s has a strong support network for its customers, with support availability through phone, email, Skype and instant messaging.
