Founded in 1996, MCM Telecom provides high-performance telecommunication services to large enterprises, as well as small- to medium-sized businesses in Mexico. MCM is Mexico’s largest corporate telecommunications provider, ensuring coverage in the county’s most significant industrial areas, including Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Querétano. MCM currently own the largest and most secure fiber optics system in Mexico. In 2004, the company was the first provider in Mexico to develop an internet protocol services and a voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) solution. In 2008 MCM launched AC Voice, with the aim of effectively supporting various social causes including economic and volunteer assistance.
More specifically, MCM Telecom specializes in business-only internet, voice, transport, and data centers. The company’s high-speed internet service maintains stable, constant service. MCM designs its networks with multiple, redundant rings of gigabit Ethernet technology. These multiple rings provide the initial connection and immediate data backup, which ensure high speeds, security, redundancy, reliability, and scalability. Symphony, its cloud-based voice application, is a managed service that works over MCM’s fiber optic networks. Symphony offers voice service, video and audio conferencing to phones, tablets, and laptops. MCM’s data center provides security allowing users to store important information on the cloud, and accessibility through a private WAN.
Furthermore, MCM’s VPL services let clients create private links between themselves and their customers. In this way, information can be immediately transferred over MCM’s private Ethernet service, without storing private data on the internet. Finally, the company’s data protection services provide data backup, so that its users do not suffer from information loss. The data can be backed up locally, using local network, so that private information isn’t’ stored on the web. Its data protection is easy to use and maintains 24-hour service personnel.
