ShoreTel Sky is a cloud-based phone system manufactured by Sunnyvale, California-based telecommunications vendor ShoreTel. The product was launched in 2012 and is one of several telephony products that have been manufactured by the ShoreTel brand over the years. In 1998, ShoreTel launched its first IP telephony installation, just two years after the company was formed. In 2003, ShoreTel released its first UC platform and mobility solution.
