Founded in 2004 and based in Plano, Texas, Fonality started operating as a subsidiary of NetFortis, Inc in 2017. It has additional centers in Makati City, Philippines; North Sydney, Australia; and Culver City, California. Before the acquisition, Fonality had 30,000 clients and approximately 300,000 people who relied on the service every day in 41 countries. These customers are now combined with those at NetFortis. NetFortis CEO Grant Evans has maintained leadership of the new company. John Young is the vice president of sales. Fonality’s partners, including companies Spectrum Technologies, Apex Communications, and Zthernet, have been consolidated with NetFortis’ platinum business partners, including Bridgepointe Technologies, Intelisys and Sandler Partners.

Microsoft Dynamics or Dynamics 365 is a line of enterprise resource planning and CRM software applications delivered through a network of reselling partners that provide specialized services. Originally developed by Great Plains Software, Microsoft Dynamics was founded in 1981 in Fargo, North Dakota. It partnered with Solomon, the second largest accounting software program, in 1999. Microsoft eventually acquired the software in 2000 to create Microsoft Dynamics.
