A performance plan is a process in which all members of an organization map out how they’re going to meet certain goals and objectives. Some companies refer to these as 90-day plans, or quarterly plans; although the amount of time isn’t inherently important. Part of the performance plan is following up after it’s been put in place. You need to monitor how individuals or groups are progressing in their plan, and provide feedback so that adjustments can be made where they’re necessary.
