Glossary – Cross Selling

Take advantage of cross-selling when up-selling isn't possible

This is the practice of selling an additional product or to an existing customer. An example of cross-selling would be a company like Apple trying to sell a mouse, or bluetooth keyboard to someone that had already purchased a laptop. Neither product is necessary, but can be used by that existing customer.
