Customers guide us with their suggestions
From time to time, customers with specific business needs or goals request that TenFold consider making an otherwise unscheduled enhancement to EnterpriseTenFold. If the customer's request is consistent with our vision and architecture of EnterpriseTenFold, we schedule it for inclusion in a future release.
Customers can rearrange our priorities
Occasionally, customers ask for a priority enhancement not within our TenFold R&D budget or schedule. Customers can change our development priorities by funding the enhancement so we are able to increase our R&D capacity and produce that enhancement on the customer's timeframe without jeopardizing our other initiatives. We call customer-funded enhancements Development Enhancements.
