CustomerManager Movie

CustomerManager is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application that TenFold uses to manage its customer base. CustomerManager has unique, useful features not available in other CRM systems. One Support Specialist worked part-time building CustomerManager in 2 weeks, and had it in production by the end of the 3rd week. When we made this movie, we had completed roughly 3 person-weeks of full-time equivalent work, which doesn't include historic customer information data entry.

Every few days we move CustomerManager enhancements into production. All TenFold Support staff work on CustomerManger in their spare time, and it's getting better and better!
