BusinessRules Movie

In EnterpriseTenFold SOA, BusinessRules are rules and logic that your TenFold-powered application uses to process your business transactions. Typically, you can maintain BusinessRules separately from changing your application. Some TenFold customers in the insurance industry, for example, define insurance policy pricing logic as BusinessRules and then let their Rating Department staff maintain those rules without involving IT.

Technically, BusinessRules are one of several ways that you take full advantage of TenFold's model-driven approach and still add your own logic and rules to the TenFold RenderingEngine. Simply put, BusinessRules make your applications "yours."

TenFoldTools includes a set of transactions that lets you easily describe, maintain, and audit changes to your BusinessRules. EnterpriseTenFold SOA considers your BusinessRules as reusable services that you can use and apply anywhere in your application.
